And another note, it's been a long time since I've felt aches in my legs when I just climb down stairs *_*
I blame it all on the ippt that I had today D:

3X 10X4m Shuttle run: I re-ran twice >.o
40 Situps
8 Chinups
4X phail Standing Broad Jumps...
and a 16min 2.4km walk/jog *_*
Estimately around 4 months? Since I last exercised~
I've gotta get back in shape x-x

Don't slack off in training, CONSTANT VIGILANCE!
